Are VOYA products 100% organic?

Yes, all VOYA products are certified organic by the Soil Association. We use sustainably harvested wild Irish seaweed and the highest quality botanical ingredients to ensure purity and potency.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Sustainability is at our core. Most of our packaging is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable. Our outer cartons are printed with soy-based inks on FSC-certified paper.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For international shipping, delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return or exchange.

Are VOYA products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. VOYA is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
